About Scope
Scope Infrastructure was founded by Rhys Fewster, an experienced Project Director, Project Manager and infrastructure advisor who has spent more than 15 years delivering complex water, wastewater and civil infrastructure projects across Australia. Having led projects through planning, procurement, contract administration, construction and commissioning, Rhys brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach built on real project delivery experience. As a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, RPEQ and Executive MBA graduate, he combines technical expertise with strong commercial and stakeholder management capability.
Scope was established to provide clients with the practical expertise, responsiveness and accountability often lost within larger consulting organisations. As a director-led business, every project benefits from direct senior involvement, commercial insight and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
Our vision is to build a trusted infrastructure advisory and project delivery practice that helps clients confidently navigate complex projects. We combine technical expertise with real-world construction and contract management experience to deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
